| Bryan Paulson-Bryan has been with RBR since 1999, and he is now running the day to day, onsite carpentry. Bryan enjoys fishing and hunting and lives with his family in a house he built in Byron. |

| Tim Paulson- Tim joined us in Sept. of 2001. Also an avid outdoorsman, Tim and his family live in Stewartville in a home that has allowed him to use his skill in updating. |

| Chris Ratzloff-After graduating with a degree in Broad Area Business from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, Chris sold Real Estate in Rochester for six years. A hands-on person, construction was more his speed. He enjoys building because he takes pride in each home, building it as if his family were about to move-in. A Rochester native, he, his wife Amy and their two children, Brandon and Alyssa, live in Rochester. Like the rest of his crew, Chris enjoys spending time hunting and fishing. |
