Our customers are asked to rate Ratzloff Builders in a variety of areas, such as timeliness of home delivery, cleanliness of home at deliver, timeliness and accuracy of warranty repairs, courtesy and patience. We want to constantly monitor performance in these areas so if we can improve, we know. We have a very comprehensive "Home Manual" to give you at the time of your walk-through before closing, not to mention material on just what to expect throughout the building process.
